This page will address frequently asked questions your products and services. 

  • How do I enrol in your courses?
    You will be able to book via our website and downloading the course registration form or alternatively if you are having trouble you can contact us at training@attaintraining.com.au


  • Do I need to bring anything?
    No, for all our scheduled courses held at our training locations we provide everything that you require. Always check if there is pre-course work / activities required for your workshop. These will be included in the joining instructions you will receive prior to your course commencement.


  • What time should I arrive?
    All course start times will be indicated on the joining instructions. These may vary from course to course and site to site. For courses that start at 9.00 am registration is 8.45 am.


  • What is included in my course fee?
    The following included in our course fee for our public training courses: * Hard copy training materials * e-Certificate upon completion * Printed certificate upon completion * Post-course support * Capped class sizes * Attain Training free resit policy*


  • Will food be provided?
    Morning tea and afternoon tea are provided at intervals throughout the day for all full day courses. Morning tea is provided for our 1/2 day workshops. Please notify us of any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.


  • What if I can't make my course?
    There are required notice periods for refunds and transfers for all courses. Please see the Attain Training Terms and Conditions document for specific details.


  • Can you provide training at my premises?
    A majority of our training courses can be delivered in-house at your venue. To check availability request a quote for in-house training via training@attaintraining.com.au.


  • If I book more than one course am I eligible for a discount?
    Yes multiple course purchases both for individuals and corporate bookings can attract a discount. See our Packages page or contact us at training@attaintraining.com.au for a confidential discussion.


  • What is the resit policy?
    The attain training resit policy is within 60 days from the date of attending a course you feel that you couldn't grasp the training or just didn't quite understand the concepts - you may attend the same course again free of charge within this time frame. You must bring your original course materials and the certificate of attainment will not be reissued. Terms and conditions apply. Please read the Attain Training Terms and Conditions document for specific details.


  • What is the 30 day post course support?
    The 30 day post course support is offered to course participants via email commencing from the date of their course. This is a free support service offered to our clients. Please read the Attain Training Terms and Conditions document for specific details.
